How do I return an item?

It is our commitment to provide you with the best quality at the best value. We value your business greatly. If you feel we haven’t delivered on this commitment, please contact customer service for a timely remedy. We’ll do our best to make it right. Generally, in-stock, non-custom items are returnable within 30 days of delivery, unused, unopened, in like-new condition for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping). Bulk orders and customized items are returnable on a case-by-case basis, subject to the nature of the issue. You may opt for a replacement or a store credit in lieu of a refund.

We offer plate replacements for any product with an inscription! Wooden product plates will cost $25, including $5 for each additional unit ($20 shipping + $5 production fee per unit), and Shadow Box plates will cost $60 per unit ($40 shipping + $20 production fee). These fees cover an included return label for sending your item back to us, the labor and materials required to replace the plate, and the cost of reshipping it to you.
